Independent. Vetted. Ready to Be Appointed.

Powerhouse Neutrals — a curated chamber of independent experts, mediators, arbitrators, and specialist practitioners available for nomination across a wide range of disputes and proceedings.

Powerhouse also provides chambers of independent international experts and trusted professionals who understand the MENA culture, challenges, and values — Powerhouse Neutrals® — distinct from its advisory services and operating independently from it, on a fundamentally different model.

Through Powerhouse Neutrals®, we provide access to accredited, independent professionals who act as third-party neutrals, such as mediators, experts, and DAB members, across the GCC and wider MENA region. These services are available at any stage — from live projects to post-completion disputes. We serve clients by facilitating neutral appointments that align with regional standards and frameworks, and international best practice and rules.

Every Neutral is individually vetted for domain expertise and professional standing before joining the chamber. Our roster spans a wide range of disciplines, jurisdictions, and languages — giving parties, institutions, and appointing authorities access to a vetted, specialist pool calibrated to the full complexity of modern disputes.

Powerhouse nominates. Parties appoint. Independence is absolute.

HOW IT WORKS — THE NOMINATION MODEL

Upon request, Powerhouse may nominate independent neutrals for direct appointment by the requesting party or parties — preserving the independence, impartiality, and professional integrity that effective dispute resolution demands.

Step 1 — Submit a Nomination Request

A party, parties, an institution, or an appointing authority submits a nomination request to Powerhouse — specifying the nature of the dispute, the type of neutral required, any relevant criteria, and the applicable procedural rules. The request may also (optionally) name a specific neutral or neutrals.

Step 2 — Powerhouse Identifies & Proposes

Powerhouse reviews the request and identifies suitable candidates from the chamber — assessing fit against the stated criteria, availability, and any disclosed conflict considerations. One or more candidates are proposed, with supporting profile information.

Step 3 — Party or Authority Appoints

The requesting party, parties, or appointing authority makes the appointment directly. Powerhouse’s role ends at nomination. The neutral’s mandate, obligations, and independence run entirely to the appointing party or parties — not to Powerhouse.

Note: A nomination fee applies, payable by the requesting party at the point of nomination. Annual listing fees apply to Powerhouse Neutrals.
